The jobs we will discuss today are definitely the most stressful and thankless careers out there. The hours can get awful and you spend most of your time getting frustrated over the small pay check and a deranged boss.

Remember, no body can affect you unless you let them. The best way to handle this job is to IGNORE the rude remarks, and the shouting. Creative jobs are generally very insecure, the paychecks are irregular and work hours are uncertain. To make matters worse, psychologists believe that people with a creative bent of mind are prone to depression and mood disorders, a problem which comes by birth.
How to handle this job?
A little balance in your lifestyle can do wonders for you! Meditate while facing east or west! This will help you attain that mental peace you’re craving for. Apart from this, eat healthy, and if you are a freelancer- go out often!
It’s also advised that you practice yoga; yoga does two things- it helps you stay fit and saps out all the negative energy from your body!
Teachers:
The work of a teacher is very demanding; most of them have to do overtime and handle unreasonable pressures from students, parents, and the school authorities. To add to their plight, they are usually underpaid.
How to handle this job?
Learn to say NO. If overtime has become a regular feature, talk to the authorities and tell them you can’t go on like this on a regular basis. Also, take time out for yourself. Sit alone and meditate for at least half an hour each day. You must also make sure that your mornings start on a positive note.
